Group lessons
We cater from beginner to intermediate ability levels in our childrens’ ski group lessons and beginners only in all adult and snowboard group lessons. We recommend a private lesson for anyone above those ability levels.
Our lessons will give you the confidence to explore new terrain and carve those turns.
Our children’s group lessons are perfect for young skiers and snowboarders to learn the basics or hone their skills with other children in a safe and fun environment.
Our group lessons are 90 minutes long and you can choose from a morning or afternoon lesson time.
Group Lesson Times are: 10:30am & 1:30pm. We recommend being at Roundhill 1 hour before your lesson to allow plenty of time for ticketing and rental fitting.
Minimum ages: The minimum age for a child to join a group ski lesson is 5 years and a group snowboard lesson is 8 years.
Group lessons are only bookable on the day, in person, at our ticket office. Availability and times may vary.
Private lessons
For the ultimate in tuition book a private lesson from one of our internationally qualified and experienced snow sports school instructors. This is the best way to accelerate your learning and master that new terrain. Learn what you want, when you want to – guaranteed to improve your technique and boost your confidence.
Our private lessons last for 60 minutes and up to 5 people of a similar age and ability level can be booked into the same private lesson.
Private Lesson Times are: 9:20am, 12:00pm and 3:00pm, with limited availability at other times. We recommend being at Roundhill 1 hour before your lesson to allow plenty of time for ticketing and rental fitting.
Minimum ages: The minimum age for a private lesson is 3 years.
Private lessons are only bookable in person at our ticket office or by calling 021 680 694 during operating hours. Payment must be made at time of booking.
