Want to book your holiday with confidence? With Roundhill's hugely productive snowmaking system and snowfencing, you will get on the snow! We have a 12-gun fan system which delivers 4500 litres per minute, culminating in plenty of snow on the ground when the temperature drops.

Lake Tekapo and the Mackenzie basin offer consistently cool temperatures during the late autumn and winter months, which mean we can fire up our snowmaking system more often, providing better snow conditions for you to play on! In the past seven years, we've opened in early July in time for the school holidays, regardless of natural snowfalls.
