Ski Teams - Training and Testing

They say that 'practice makes perfect', and at Roundhill, they come from far and wide to embrace our perfect conditions for progression.

With a hugely productive snowmaking system, 1.2km run with a vertical drop of 255m, and an experienced and dedicated grooming team dedicated to a producing premium groomed snow, Roundhill is the ideal location for GS (giant slalom) and SL (slalom) training, plus testing out the latest equipment, and putting it through its paces.

Every winter, we host a number of local and international ski and snowboard race teams who come to Roundhill for their summer/off-season training. Over the years we have hosted the Austrian, Swedish, Japanese, Swiss, German, Finnish and USA World Cup teams, as well as many other regional & overseas ski & snowboard teams.
