Sat 31^st July - Karl Burtscher Snr Memorial GS

In memory of Karl Burtscher Senior this race celebrates a life in the mountains and a love of winter sport.

 

Sat 7^th August - 80’s Day

The legendary Roundhill 80's day - Crack out the lycra pants, fluro sweatshirts, leg warmers and blue eyeshadow, the more tragically 80's the outfit the better.  Watch (or participate in!) the hilarious water jump and enjoy the entertainment that is 80's day.  

 

Sat 14^th & Sun 15^th August - Inter-field junior ski race series

The Junior Interfield series provide race experience to junior skiers. It provides a series of races which can be enjoyed by young athletes training as well as encouraging recreational skiers to give racing a go.

 

Sat 14^th August – Chinese downhill on “The Wall”

An extreme event run off the new Heritage Express Tow Rope.  This race is not for the faint hearted, it’s all about maximum speed on the steep stuff!

 

Sat 21^th August - ROUNDHILL SOUL SURF & SKATE SNOW JAM skiers and riders testing their skills and getting some seriously big air!  With awesome prizes up for grabs, be in to win or watch all the action from the deck of the Two Thumb Cafe.  

Sat 11^th September - Chill Gromfest

A fun event for the young'uns in the Central Park terrain park this event is run by the guys and girls at Chill - see www.chillout.co.nz for more info. 

 

All events this year are scheduled to be held on the Saturday with Sunday as the contingency day in the event of bad weather.
