Driving from Tekapo
Enjoy the stunning scenery as you drive 24km along the Eastern side of Lake Tekapo then turnoff onto our access road which is only 8km long and has a wide and gradual gradient. As Roundhill is in an alpine environment we always advise that snow chains should be carried by all vehicles and they must be fitted to all 2WD vehicles if the snow chains indicator sign is out.
Park and picnic
At Roundhill you can park your vehicle right next to the slopes. You are welcome to bring your bbq’s and deck chairs and set up camp for the day.
